You've heard of internet banking, so why not internet drycleaning?  Owen Cleaners is proud to introduce a new service called CustomerConnect -- an easy way for customers to use the Internet to check on the status of their orders, update their personal account information, view monthly statements, and make special service requests.

CustomerConnect gives customers the ability to log directly on to our computer system from the comfort of their homes or offices.  They can then view and update account information in a completely secure and confidential manner.  Some of the features include:

  • Check on the status of orders (received, ready for pickup or picked up)
  • View specific invoices and amounts over past 12 months
  • Search for specific garment types
  • Update name, address, telephone and other personal information
  • Request or skip a pickup (for pickup and delivery customers only)
  • View statements and make payments (monthly charge/AutoPay customers only)

CustomerConnect is a free service available to all customers.  Once we have your name, home address and home telephone number in our system, you can easily add your email address to gain online access to your drycleaning.  CustomerConnect is just one more way that we can serve you better.

It's Easy to Sign Up

If you are an existing customer, all we need is your current email address.  Just click on the button below to submit your email address.  We will notify you by email when your account has been updated and provide you with a temporary password.

                                             

You will then be able to use your temporary password to log on the first time.  Just go to our home page and click on the yellow Customer Login button in the upper left corner.  During your first session or any time thereafter, you can change your password to something that you can more easily remember.

Monthly Charge/AutoPay Customers Can also Sign Up for eStatements

If you are a monthly charge/AutoPay customer, you can also sign up to receive your monthly statements via email.  With eStatements, you will enjoy the convenience of receiving your statement the first day of each month in Adobe Reader format.  Use the link below to send us an email to request eStatements or call our business office at 554-3209.

Interested in Becoming a Monthly Charge/AutoPay Customer?

Customers can also enjoy the convenience of monthly statement billing and automatic bill payment by opening an AutoPay charge account.  AutoPay means no more waiting in lines to write a check or complete a credit card transaction.  As discussed above, AutoPay customers can now also view the status of their charge accounts at any time via our new CustomerConnect online service.
